4. Trade fair dates

2023

4.1. Start of construction – end of construction: Wed. 04.10. – Mon. 09.10.2023, daily from 7.00 a.m. – 8.00 p.m.

4.2. Event duration: Tue. 10.10. – Fri. 13.10.2023

4.3. Opening times:
for exhibitors: Tue. – Thur. 7.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m., Friday 7.00 a.m. – 10.00 p.m.
for visitors: Tue. – Thur. 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m., Friday 9.00 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.

4.4. Start of dismantling – end of dismantling:
Saturday, 14.10.2023 to Monday, 16.10.2023

2024

4.1. Start of construction – end of construction: Wed. 02.10. – Mon. 07.10.2024, daily from 7.00 a.m. – 8.00 p.m.

4.2. Event duration: Tue. 08.10. – Fri. 11.10.2024

for exhibitors: Tue. – Thur. 7.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m., Friday 7.00 a.m. – 10.00 p.m.

4.4. Start of dismantling – end of dismantling:
Saturday, 12.10.2024 to Monday, 14.10.2024

5. Longer construction and dismantling times

Are possible only with the permission of the exhibition management. Extra costs shall be borne by the exhibitor.

6. Registration deadline

for 2023: 24th February 2023
for 2024: 23rd February 2024

or earlier, if the designated areas are occupied. If spaces are available, registration is possible even after the registration deadline.

7. Marketing Fee

7.1. A marketing fee is payable for participation in the trade fair.

7.2. This fee is also due in any case if the exhibitor has not submitted the necessary data or has not submitted it in time.

7.3. Entries will be made in accordance with the exhibitor’s details on the exhibition and exhibitor directory from the online ordering system (OBS). The entries are made according to the information provided by the exhibitor in the trade fair and exhibitor directory from the online ordering system (OBS). The exhibitor is solely responsible for their correctness. The organizer assumes no liability for this.

8. Approved Exhibition Segments

Exhibited products must correspond to the nomenclature.

9. Stand design

9.1. Booths with a height of up to 3.50 metres are generally permissible where structural conditions allow.

9.2. Walls of 6m or more in length which border on visitor aisles must be enhanced by the installation of cabinets, showcases, displays etc.

9.3. No more than 30% of a stand side booked as open may be built up with closed walls. Exceptions are only permissible with prior approval in text format from the respective neighbouring and opposite stands. It must be ensured that the attractiveness of the opposite and neighbouring stands is not impaired.

9.4. Walls for which exceedance of standard height has been approved must also be designed in neutral white or pale colour when facing neighbouring stands. The attachment of advertising texts or logos necessitates express permission in written form issued in advance by the respective neighbouring and opposite booths.

9.5. Aisles are the property of the organiser and should be regarded as neighbouring stands.
