Formhand gripping cushions are a radical innovation in the industrial world, as they intentionally use flexible elements in a rigid production world. Handling processes are significantly simplified with Formhand technology. Previously, mainly handling systems were used that required precise positioning of the grippers. As a result, it was necessary to pre-think handling during the development of components in order to ensure sufficient gripping points. The high adaptability of our grippers ensures that special and precise gripping points no longer have to be planned when designing the components. This also simplifies the programming of the robots or the automated production line. The grippers calibrate themselves with the help of gravity. This makes the gripping process much more reliable and less prone to errors.
