Elscint, the leading Vibratory bowl feeder manufacturer from India is exhibiting in Motek 2023. The major highlight would be its high performance drive units which can be ordered off the shelf. The drives are having CE Marking having excellent high performance along with durability and zero maintenance. These units are correctly engineered to give stable performance at high speed with minimum maintenance. Complete machining is done on latest 5 Axis CNC machines. Totally encapsulated type coils with adequate power for particular models, are used. Both Full wave as well as Half wave units are available in each model.
Further, Elscint offers high quality tooled bowls at a very low delivery time. Long testing ensure that they function properly without any problems.
Elscint also supply linear vibrator drives and all bowl feeder accessories like escapements, singulators, level controllers, tracks, vibrating hoppers, belt hoppers and elevators etc.
Other products of Elscint are centrifugal / rotary feeders and step feeders. Centrifugal feeders can be made available from sizes of dia 300 mm to dia 1500 mm for high speed applications.
