IEF-Werner at Motek 2023: Handling made easy
At Motek, IEF-Werner will be showing intelligent solutions for production and assembly automation and handling technology. This includes, among other things, the successful aiPRESS servo press series. The flexibly designed solution can be integrated both in automated production lines as well as in manual workstations. The series is available series is available in four sizes.
Another exhibit will be the compact and energy-efficient ecoSTACK palletizing system. This manages completely without expensive compressed air. The system saves further energy by automatically switching off components that are not currently required. The power supply is interrupted as often as possible - for example, when the machine is at a standstill, at the end of a shift, and during breaks.
In addition, there is a handling unit consisting of direct drives and the miniSPIN as well as a gantry system with the toothed belt axis module 115/25. This allows pallets or crates weighing up to weighing up to 40 kilograms can be handled safely with the aid of a large gantry system.
