High-Speed Roll-to-Roll and Coil-to-Coil Inspection
Our Inline Web Inspection system stands for maximum precision, process reliability, and performance in roll-to-roll and coil-to-coil applications. It enables reliable 100% quality control even at the highest web speeds.
Designed as a modular solution kit, the system adapts precisely to your production environment, using bright-field, dark-field, transmitted light, or shape-from-shading technology. The space-saving bar lighting from MSTVision ensures optimal illumination and makes even the finest defects visible, regardless of material or coating.
At the heart of the solution is the AIT EasyPlus software: it automatically detects and classifies scratches, creases, coating defects, pinholes, and blisters, ensuring reliable rejection of faulty areas.
Integration into existing systems is seamless via standardized PLC interfaces. All inspection results are logged and available for analysis and optimization.
Thanks to its modular sensor system, the solution can be flexibly adapted to different web widths – precisely matched to your web speed and resolution requirements. Expandable with deep learning-based defect classification and optical measurement.
