New: BGM-lite, Taping System for packaging of components into tapes
BGM-lite is a compact, manual taping machine for packaging of components in tapes with widths from 8 to 200 mm. The technology which is used in the manual system is also the basis for solutions für semi or fully automated processes.
Flexible applicable – compact and ergonomic
Due to its modular design BMG-lite packaging system offers the operator optimum working conditions, even with frequently changing products and carrier media.
The ergonomic arrangement of the operating elements and the generous, edge-free work surface enable fast set-up and concentrated work.
Auxiliary equipment for manual loading of the belts, such as manual vacuum pickup tool, are available as well as semi-automatic feeding systems for pre-sorting bulk parts.
Functions such as automatic loading from trays or tubes and repackaging from tapes can be added as an option, along with a wide range of process inspection equipment.
