New linear guide lifter IK90 – unusual linear technology for special applications
Telescopic lifting columns quickly reach their limits in applications with long travel distances or limited installation space. With its patented linear guide lifters of type I67 and I140, baumeister & schack Gmbh & Co. KG has been offering solutions and remedies for special requirements in plant and mechanical engineering as well as in the packaging industry and media technology for decades. The linear guide lifters from baumeister & schack are aluminum profiles open on one side with an internally guided runner to realize lifting movements up to 1800mm and lifting forces, depending on the lifting column type, up to 1800N.
In the summer of 2023, a new type was added to the linear guide lifter family. With its compact, square shape (90 x 90mm) and excellent technical properties, the new linear guide lifter can offer professional solutions for a wide range of applications and high requirements in a wide range of industries.
The square profile with six grooves is compatible with all common profile systems and can therefore be easily integrated into new developments, but is also suitable for retrofitting existing systems (retro fitting).
The IK90 is available in five versions with different lifting forces (400 - 1400N) and lifting speeds (7 - 60mm/s), two runner lengths offer high torque absorption up to 350Nm. The IK90 can be manufactured with an installation length of max. 2000mm and a stroke of max. 1760mm. With the appropriate control and accessories from our range, several lifting columns can be operated synchronously.
