More InformationIFC Checkbox –
the only replacement for the Festo Checkbox, which is no longer available
The IFC Checkbox is an automation component with optical workpiece identification for sorting small parts by type, position, orientation, quality, and quantity. It is particularly well-suited for the trouble-free feeding of small parts to assembly and manufacturing machines, especially at high part rates and with a wide variety of part types.
The IFC Checkbox reliably sorts out defective parts, prevents crashes, jams, and the assembly of incorrect part types in downstream processes, and reduces setup times to a minimum. The sophisticated part flow control allows up to three sensors or cameras from any manufacturer to be incorporated into the component evaluation. Combined with the reliable counting function for good parts, it is also ideal for packaging and order picking tasks.
