Bambu Lab H2D Pro – High-Performance 3D Printing for Business
The Bambu Lab H2D Pro is a professional FDM 3D printer designed for companies that demand high speed, precision, reliability, and secure network integration. With printing speeds of up to 600 mm/s, acceleration of 20,000 mm/s², and layer heights from 0.06 to 0.4 mm, it enables efficient and highly detailed production.
The dual-hotend system with two independently controlled nozzles enables multi-material and multi-color printing, as well as the use of soluble support materials. A high-temperature hotend reaching up to 350 °C, a heated build chamber up to 65 °C, and a durable tungsten carbide nozzle make the H2D Pro ideal for demanding high-performance filaments such as PA-CF, PC-CF, PPS-CF, and PPA-CF.
With a generous build volume of 350 × 320 × 325 mm, the printer offers ample space for medium-sized and large components. The Vision Encoder system achieves motion accuracy of up to 50 µm, while automatic calibration and bed leveling ensure consistently high print quality.
For maximum process reliability, an intelligent AI-powered camera system continuously monitors the printing process and detects extrusion errors or material irregularities at an early stage. Automated pre-print checks also verify the build chamber, nozzle, build plate, and print settings.
For professional business environments, the H2D Pro features an Ethernet interface for secure integration into company networks. Support for a wide range of technical materials and the AMS 2 Pro for filament management and drying further enhance its capabilities.
