xTool F2 Ultra Dual-Laser Engraver for Professional Applications
The xTool F2 Ultra Dual combines a powerful 60 W MOPA fiber laser with a 40 W diode laser, enabling precise engraving and cutting of a wide range of materials. The MOPA fiber laser is particularly suited for processing metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, gold, and silver. It enables both precise monochrome markings and vibrant color engraving on metal surfaces. The diode laser expands the range of applications to materials such as wood, leather, paper, MDF, acrylic, felt, glass, ceramics, and slate.
With a 220 × 200 mm working area, expandable to 220 × 500 mm with the conveyor system, and speeds of up to 15,000 mm/s, the F2 Ultra Dual is suitable for individual parts and prototypes as well as series production. In addition to deep engraving and rotary engraving, the system can create 3D effects as well as precise logos and QR codes.
For highly accurate positioning, the integrated dual-camera system with two 48-megapixel cameras and “Hawk-Eye” technology provides positioning accuracy of up to ±0.2 mm, allowing even very small components to be processed with precision.
The laser is controlled via xTool Creative Space. Features such as autofocus, vector cutting optimization, and multi-pass engraving, combined with LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity, enable flexible integration into professional working environments.
