Vario Metering Valve AXDV-V1 (with electronic operation)
The AXDV-V1 vario dosing valve was designed by ABNOX for fixed installation in assembly lines with higher-level control.
It therefore communicates via an RS485 half-duplex interface. Through the intelligent combination of an eccentric screw pump with precise control of dosing time and rotor speed, this valve is able to apply different lubricant quantities with the highest accuracy and repeatability. Thanks to the finely adjustable application speed and number of rotor revolutions, volume dosing is process-safe, precise and uniform.
