mta® CFD Continuous Flow Dispensers
Unitechnologies offers a wide range of mta® CFD Continuous Flow Dispensers based on the progressive cavity pump technology.
The CFD was designed to be highly versatile both in material compatibility and usage. It works with low to high viscosity and filled-materials.
The CFDs are available in several sizes and flow rates from 0.003ml/turn to 9.5ml/turn. The rotors, stators and pump housings include a variety of materials to provide mechanical and chemical compatibility with a broad range of products to be dispensed. Several motors, control interfaces and mechanical connections are also available.
With regard to the scope of delivery, the CFD dispensers can be delivered as individual component, with standalone controller or as turnkey solutions using mta® standard automated platforms. Furthermore, upstream of the dispenser, bulk material systems are also available for material supply and preparation such as barrel, cartridge, degassing, preheating and homogenization.
According to the needs, multiple CFD can be combined for multi-component materials, using mta® static or dynamic mixing units.
