REECO robots: precision for resource-efficient production processes
1 / 3

REECO soldering robot – programmable process control for repeatable solder joints

REECO dispensing robot – precise and controlled application of different materials

REECO conformal coating robot – uniform coating with optimized material use
Resource-efficient production begins with precisely controlled processes. REECO modular robotic systems for soldering, dispensing and conformal coating automate applications in which repeatability, controlled material use and consistent quality are essential.
In automated soldering, process parameters and solder feeding profiles can be programmed individually for each soldering point. Automatic workpiece positioning and optional vision inspection support stable soldering results and help limit errors and unnecessary rework.
The dispensing robot applies adhesives, silicones, pastes, resins and other materials with high precision. Volumetric dispensing, automatic needle calibration and optical or laser inspection of the dispensing path help ensure that material is applied in the required quantity and only where it is needed.
The conformal coating robot controls the application path, flow rate, pressure and coating process. This produces uniform protective layers while reducing excessive material application compared with manual methods.
All three systems feature a modular design and can be integrated into new or existing production lines. Interchangeable process heads allow the equipment to be adapted to changing tasks. The REECO robot family therefore combines process quality with reduced material waste, less rework and long-term flexibility.
